"A MASSAGE AND A WORKOUT IN ONE 45-MINUTE SESSION"

BODY ROLL MACHINES HAVE UNIQUE FEATURES YOU CAN'T FIND ANYWHERE ELSE.

RIBBED WOODEN ROLLERS
Our rollers are constructed out of authentic, high-quality wood to allow more comfort and durability. Their shape is uniquely sculpted to mimic the fingers of a masseuse more so than a flat roller would, and manipulate the lymph to get things moving.

INFRARED LIGHTS
Body Roll Studio lymphatic massage machines are equipped with infrared and collagen lamps. The infrared radiation hidden inside the machines widens blood vessels and helps remove toxins from the body by penetrating deeper layers of the skin.

CUSTOMIZABLE SESSIONS
Individual body roll massage room is equipped with TV screen so you can watch an easy-to-follow instructional video, Netflix, Hulu, or TV. During the session, you can also adjust the rollers RPM speeds to slow down or speed up throughout the different positions.

COLOR THERAPY
Colors can trigger different biological and psychological effects on people, especially during changes in seasons and weather. Different colored lights can have effects on our bodies, pain levels, and moods.
WHAT TO EXPECT

WHAT TO WEAR
For a Body Roll session, you must be in proper rolling attire. You’ll need: full length yoga pants, long sleeves & socks (all free of metal, buttons, and zippers).
Prior to rolling, jewelry must be removed and all long hair must be tied back.

POST TREATMENT
Keeping your body hydrated before, during, and after class is key. Make sure that you arrive to each class with water or you can purchase one in our studio.
Drinking throughout your body roll will help your body eliminate residues more easily, regulate body temperature and transport nutrients to give you energy so your body can perform at its highest level.

DISCLAIMERS
The speed on Body Roll machines can be increased/decreased based off of your bodies needs. During rolling, it is common to experience an itching sensation from the blood vessels expanding due to the infrared light.
Additionally, light bruising, soreness or redness is common after rolling, especially after your first few sessions. To reduce intensity, put less body pressure onto machine while rolling.
